Terms and Conditions
All products sold by Arctic Ice Performance are offered strictly For Research and Laboratory Use Only. Not for Human or Animal Consumption. Products are not drugs, not dietary supplements, and are not intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or condition. Purchaser represents and warrants that purchaser is age 21 or older and is a qualified professional acting on behalf of a legitimate business, institution, or private research organization with the expertise and authority to purchase and handle research materials. Purchaser agrees that products will be used solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and will not be used in or on humans or animals, compounded for patient use, dispensed as medication, resold for consumer use, or promoted for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for safe handling, storage, use, transport, and disposal of products. Purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arctic Ice Performance, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to purchaser's breach of these Terms, unlawful use, misuse, resale, or handling of any product.
Purchaser Qualification and Ordering Restrictions
Order placement is restricted to qualified purchasers. Each purchaser must provide institution type and contact information and must affirmatively accept these Terms and the research-use-only restrictions before an order can be submitted. Orders may be refused, canceled, or held for review in Arctic Ice Performance's sole discretion where qualification, end use, billing, shipping destination, or compliance concerns cannot be verified.
1. Research-Use-Only
All products sold by Arctic Ice Performance ("Arctic Ice Performance", "we", "us") are offered solely for lawful research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. Products are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
2. Prohibition on Human and Animal Consumption
Products sold by Arctic Ice Performance are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, application, injection, administration, or any in vivo use except where expressly permitted by applicable law and the purchaser's institutional authority.
3. No Diagnosis or Treatment
Products are not intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, and no information on this website shall be construed as medical, therapeutic, or clinical advice.
4. Purchaser Qualifications
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and acting on behalf of a qualified business, academic, or research entity. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are qualified to purchase, store, and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction and at your institution.
5. Compliance with Law
Purchaser agrees to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the purchase, storage, handling, transfer, use, and disposal of the products, including any institutional review or biosafety requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctic Ice Performance's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the amount paid by purchaser for that product. Arctic Ice Performance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in writing.
7. Qualified Professional Acknowledgment
By accepting these Terms at checkout or placing an order, the purchaser represents and warrants that they are age 21 or older and are a qualified professional acting on behalf of a legitimate business, institution, or private research organization with the training and authority to purchase, handle, store, and use research materials in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Indemnification
Purchaser shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arctic Ice Performance, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to purchaser's breach of these Terms, misuse of any product, unauthorized resale or distribution, violation of law, or any use inconsistent with the stated research-use-only restrictions.
9. Checkout Requirements
Every order requires the purchaser to complete all required qualification fields, including institution type, and to affirmatively accept these Terms before submission. Arctic Ice Performance reserves the right to deny, suspend, or cancel any order in its sole discretion for compliance reasons.
10. Order Screening and Refusal Rights
Arctic Ice Performance reserves the right to verify purchaser identity and research qualifications, to refuse or cancel any order in its sole discretion, and to reject transactions associated with prohibited business types (including pharmacies, med spas, weight-loss clinics, TRT clinics, gyms, dormitories) or suspected non-research end use.
11. Payment
Payments are accepted only through the methods listed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and verified. Transfers made outside the listed methods, or any attempt to circumvent standard payment, are not accepted.
12. Shipping and Signature Requirement
First-time orders may require adult signature confirmation upon delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer to purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
13. Refunds and Discrepancies
Refunds, returns, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by the posted Refund and Discrepancy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Discrepancy claims require a continuous, unedited unboxing video as described in that policy.
